Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may follow our refund process mentioned above upon receiving the item.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
